Dawn is very thorough in helping to find a home that suits your needs, and puts extra effort into helping you think of issues regarding the property that you might not have thought of before. Such as, one of the homes we wanted to rent, she reminded us that we have rv trailers that might not fit in the garage. Good thing she thought of it, because I didn't, and when we measured, they would not have fit. It was good we didn't choose this home without knowing this ahead of time.
Dawn is a great person to work with. We had the pleasure of working together on a very difficult transaction. The property was a foreclosure, and the seller was a bank who was frustratingly unresponsive at times, and at other times expected everyone else to jump through hoops. Operating under stressful circumstances provides you with real insight into someone's work ethic and ability, and I can with confidence that Dawn performed brilliantly. She was more than just another person in the transaction; she was a partner. It was definitely a team effort and we made it happen. "Dawn is an amazing agent. I had given up on trying to use an agent after trying a handful from other supposed leading companies. Other agents either tried to tell me what kind of house I wanted, ignored most my requests, at times rude and unprofessional, the list goes on. I expressed my frustration with my loan officer and she recommended Dawn. I am glad I took a chance.
